Coach K is the coach with most wins in college basketball history with 1000 wins for Duke University.  I believe having a good name can be better for your life in the long run. A good name is what you leave behind, so it has to be one to remember.

I think this quote means that life isn't about being rich and having lots of cars or houses, sometimes it is about being a good person and having a good reputation. In the long run, a good name would last longer than riches because a legacy can never fade, but money will eventually end. One day your Lamborghini will get too old to ride, one day your house can set on fire and it could all end right there in a matter of seconds. But a good name will forever be there and can never go away.

I think this quote means to not be a follower. Just because everyone is doing something doesn't mean you should do it either because it's not always the correct thing to do. This quote is saying to make your own correct path even if you are alone. Be the light that guides people into the correct path. Stand for whats right, not for wrong, even if everyone else is standing for that.

They don't need to worry about being in trouble because they are always focused and always prepared. Being a CTR person is not only being your best self but also being a good human in the process.

I think what this quote is trying to say is that we learn from our mistakes and one way to do that is to be obedient. When we acknowledge our mistakes, fix them and change them for new goals, such as being obedient, then our mistakes no longer become an obstacle, they become a experience that you can build on.

I think this quote means it is more important to follow the right path and stay on track and always choose the right. What is interesting to me is that John Wooden was a basketball coach, so you'd assume that he'd want them to become better players rather than better people. I think John Wooden saw beyond his players as athletes and saw them as people and was very thoughtful of their future. John Wooden taught an important lesson and the lesson I got from it was treat others the way you want to be treated.

What I think this quote means is that it is important to be obedient to be happy. If you're not obedient then you will never reach full happiness and you do feel happy, then it will only be temporary and eventually it will catch up to you. An example of this is when an athlete breaks the team rules and is kicked off the team. When they broke those rules they were happy but not when they got kicked out.
